Key Concepts
Check-in Window
Members can check in starting 30 minutes before class and up to 30 minutes after it starts (configurable). Late check-ins are flagged in reports.
Check-in Methods
Ippon System tracks how each check-in was made: Staff (manual), Kiosk (self-service), QR Scan (member's phone), or Auto (from class booking).
Attendance Streaks
The system tracks consecutive weeks of attendance. Use this to identify dedicated members or notice when regulars stop coming.
