QR Self Check-in

Let members check in by scanning a QR code with their phone.

QR code check-in lets members use their own phones to check in. Display a QR code at your entrance, and members scan it using the Member Portal app or their camera.

QR Code Options

Static QR Code

One permanent code for your location. Members scan anytime to check in to the current class. Best for most clubs.

Class-Specific QR Codes

Generate unique codes for each class. Coaches can display the code during class. Useful if you run multiple classes in different rooms.

Display Ideas

Printed Poster

Print on A4 or A3 paper, laminate for durability, and mount on wall or stand. Cost-effective and reliable.

Digital Display

Show on a TV or tablet. Can display the QR code alongside today's schedule or announcements.

Acrylic Stand

Professional-looking tabletop stand for the front desk. Easy to reposition as needed.

Window Decal

Apply to your entrance door or window. Members can scan as they enter.

Combine QR check-in with a kiosk for members without smartphones. Cover all your bases.
The QR code works with any camera app - members don't need to download anything special. The camera opens a web page that handles the check-in.
Make sure the QR code is printed large enough to scan easily. Test it yourself from arm's length.

Guest / Drop-in Check-in

First-time visitors and guests can check in through the QR scan page by clicking the "Guest" or "Drop-in" button. This opens a form dialog where they:

  1. Enter their details: First name, last name, and email are required. Phone is optional.
  2. Sign the waiver: If your club requires waivers for guests, they'll be prompted to read and sign it.
  3. Pay (if required): If drop-in payment is configured, they can pay online or at the terminal.

Returning guests: If the email matches a previous visit, their information is auto-filled for convenience.
