How Grading Works

1. Set Up Grades

Define your belt ranking system with colors and Japanese names. The system comes pre-configured with standard Judo ranks but can be customized.

2. Define Requirements

Set minimum time at grade, attendance requirements, and technical criteria for each promotion.

3. Track Progress

The system automatically tracks time at grade and attendance. You can see which members are eligible for promotion.

4. Record Promotions

When a member passes a grading, record their promotion to update their profile and maintain a complete history.

Use the "Ready for Promotion" filter to quickly find members who have met the minimum requirements for their next grade.
Grade history is permanently recorded, giving you a complete record of each member's journey through the ranks.
Requirements are guidelines to help you track eligibility. The final promotion decision is always at the instructor's discretion.
