Configure Your Club

Set up your club's profile, branding, and essential settings.

After creating your account, the first step is to configure your club. This information appears throughout the system—on receipts, emails, and in the member portal.

Essential Settings

Club Name

Enter your official club name. This appears on all receipts, invoices, and communications. Use your formal registered name.

Contact Information

Add your club's email, phone number, and physical address. Members will use this information to reach you.

Timezone

Set your local timezone. All class schedules, events, and automated messages use this timezone.

Currency

Select your default currency. This is used for all pricing throughout the system. Set this before creating membership plans.

Branding Your Club

Upload Your Logo

Your logo appears in the member portal header and on documents. Upload a clear, high-resolution image.

  • • Square images work best
  • • PNG, JPG, or WebP formats supported

Custom URL Slug

Your club URL is app.ipponboard.com/your-club. Customize the "slug" part to match your club name for easy access.

Connect Your Payment Provider

To accept payments, connect either Stripe or Square:

Stripe

Best for online payments. Accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Square

Best for in-person payments. Use with Square Terminal or Reader for card-present transactions. Processing: 2.6% + $0.10 per tap/insert.
