The Registration Wizard
Adding a member in Ippon System is handled by a dynamic wizard. This ensures you collect all necessary data—including emergency contacts, medical info, and digital waivers—in a structured way.
Start Registration
Navigate to the Members menu and click the Add Member button.
Click to begin the registration process
Select Member Type
The first step of the wizard asks you to select the member type. This choice controls which subsequent steps will appear.

Step 1: Selecting the member path
Personal & Contact Info
Enter the member's basic details. For **Adult Members**, their email address is required to create their online account. For **Junior Members**, you will first be prompted to link or create a Guardian.

Steps 2-3: Collecting core information
Medical Details & Waiver
Collect allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contacts. The member (or their guardian) can then sign your club's Digital Waiver directly on your device.
Plan Selection
The final step allows you to immediately attach a membership plan. If you aren't sure yet, you can skip this step and add a plan later.

Inviting Members
The system automatically sends an invitation email to the member (or guardian) upon successful registration, including their member number and Temporary Password.
Login Workflow
- Member receives email with temporary credentials.
- Member logs in for the first time.
- The system forces a password change before they can access their dashboard.
