Managing Registrations
Manage participant registrations and payments.
Once members start registering for your event, you can track, modify, and manage their registrations from the event management page.
Registration List

Registration Status
Registration complete and payment received. Ready to participate.
Registration started but payment not completed. May be abandoned checkout.
Participant has checked in at the event.
Registration has been cancelled (by member or staff).
Payment has been refunded. May or may not still participate depending on your policy.
Managing Individual Registrations
Click on any registration to view details and take actions:
View Details
See registration date, selected sessions, payment information, and any custom form responses.
Modify Sessions
Change which sessions the participant is registered for. Price adjustments may apply.
Process Refund
Issue a full or partial refund. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
Cancel Registration
Cancel without refund (for no-shows or policy violations). The spot becomes available for others.
Resend Confirmation
Send another confirmation email if the member didn't receive or lost the original.
Adding Manual Registrations
Staff can register members manually from the management page:
- Click Add Registration
- Search for the member (or create a new one for non-members)
- Select sessions if applicable
- Choose pricing tier or enter custom amount
- Mark as paid (if cash/check) or send payment link
Tip: Manual registrations can use a "Staff Entry" pricing tier or $0 to comp people like volunteers or sponsors.
Exporting Registrations
Export registration data for:
- Participant lists: Names and details for coaches or officials
- Financial reports: Payment details for accounting
- Check-in sheets: Printable lists for registration desk
- Custom questions: Responses to your registration form questions
Exports are available in PDF (formatted) or CSV (spreadsheet) format.
Handling Waitlists
If your event fills up, you can enable a waitlist:
Enabling Waitlist
In event settings, toggle "Enable waitlist when full". Members can join the waitlist if capacity is reached.
Spot Opens
When someone cancels, the first waitlisted person is notified and given 24 hours to complete registration.
Manual Promotion
Staff can manually move waitlisted people to confirmed if capacity is increased or you want to make exceptions.
