Adding Manual Registrations

Staff can register members manually from the management page:

  1. Click Add Registration
  2. Search for the member (or create a new one for non-members)
  3. Select sessions if applicable
  4. Choose pricing tier or enter custom amount
  5. Mark as paid (if cash/check) or send payment link

Tip: Manual registrations can use a "Staff Entry" pricing tier or $0 to comp people like volunteers or sponsors.

Exporting Registrations

Export registration data for:

  • Participant lists: Names and details for coaches or officials
  • Financial reports: Payment details for accounting
  • Check-in sheets: Printable lists for registration desk
  • Custom questions: Responses to your registration form questions

Exports are available in PDF (formatted) or CSV (spreadsheet) format.

Handling Waitlists

If your event fills up, you can enable a waitlist:

Enabling Waitlist

In event settings, toggle "Enable waitlist when full". Members can join the waitlist if capacity is reached.

Spot Opens

When someone cancels, the first waitlisted person is notified and given 24 hours to complete registration.

Manual Promotion

Staff can manually move waitlisted people to confirmed if capacity is increased or you want to make exceptions.

Review pending registrations periodically. Follow up on abandoned checkouts - they may need help completing payment.
Export your registration list the day before the event. Print check-in sheets and have them ready at the door.
Keep records of cancelled and refunded registrations. You may need them for accounting or if disputes arise.
