Managing Exceptions

Canceling a Single Session

Click on a specific date in the schedule and select "Cancel Session". The class will be marked as canceled for that date only—the regular schedule continues.

Holiday Closures

Set up holidays in Settings → Club Settings → Holidays. All classes on those dates will automatically show as canceled.

Substitute Instructor

Override the instructor for a specific date by clicking on the session and selecting "Change Instructor".

Temporary Time Change

For one-off time changes, cancel the regular session and create a single event for the alternate time.

Plan-Based Access

Control which members can attend each class based on their membership plan:

Start with fewer classes and add more as demand grows. It's easier to add classes than to cancel ones members are used to.
Class colors help visually distinguish different types of training on the calendar. Use consistent colors for similar class types.
When you delete a class, all future sessions are removed. Historical attendance records are preserved.
