Products are items you sell through the shop. Add club merchandise, equipment, uniforms, and anything else your members might need.

Adding a Product
Click Add Product
From the Shop → Products page, click "Add Product".
Enter product details
Fill in the product information:
- Name - Product title as shown to members
- Description - Details about the product
- Price - Sale price
- Category - For organization (Apparel, Equipment, etc.)
Add images
Upload product photos. The first image is the main display image.
Set variants (optional)
If the product comes in different sizes or colors, add variants with their own inventory tracking.
Set initial inventory
Enter how many you have in stock. Optionally set a low stock threshold - when inventory falls below this number, the product will be flagged in the inventory list and shop dashboard.
Publish or save draft
Click "Publish" to make it available in the shop, or "Save Draft" to finish later.
Product Variants
Variants let you offer different options for the same product:
Size Variants
Club T-Shirt: S, M, L, XL, XXL
Each size has separate inventory tracking
Color Variants
Club Hoodie: Black, Navy, Gray
Members select color when purchasing
Combined Variants
Judo Gi: Size (0-5) × Color (White, Blue)
Track inventory for each size/color combination
