Order placed but not yet paid. Payment may be processing or awaiting completion.
Paid
Payment received. Ready to prepare and fulfill.
Refunded
Order was cancelled and refunded to the customer.
Handling Issues
Item Not Available
If an item is out of stock after the order, contact the member to offer a substitute or refund. Partial refunds are supported.
Wrong Size/Item
Process an exchange by refunding the original order and having the member place a new order, or handle offline and adjust manually.
Refund Request
Click "Refund" on the order to process. You can refund fully or partially, and choose whether to return items to inventory.
Fulfill orders promptly. Members appreciate quick turnaround, especially for equipment they need for training.
Add notes to orders for special instructions or communication with the member.
