Pricing
Setting a plan's price, family extras and class limits, and changing a price later.
You set a plan's price on the plan form (sidebar Membership Plans → Create Plan, or the pencil on a plan). The price is in your club's currency, shown next to the Price label.
The price
Price is what a member pays each time the plan is billed: each month, each term payment (covering the number of terms in Terms Per Billing), each fixed period, or once for a one-time plan. The plan card shows it with the billing period, for example "/ monthly".
Family plans
On a Family plan, the Price covers the main member. Price Per Additional Member is added for each family member on the plan, and Max Family Members caps how many can join it. For example, a price of 100 with 30 per additional member comes to 160 for a parent and two children.
Class limits
Class Limit (optional) lets you sell cheaper plans with fewer classes, such as "8 classes a month" or a 10-class pass. Leave it empty for unlimited. Once a member reaches the limit, check-in stops them until the limit resets (or, for a one-time pass, for good). See Plan types and billing.
Lower prices for some members
There are no discount codes. To charge some members less:
- Make a separate plan with the lower price, for example "Student Monthly". Untick Visible to members if only staff should assign it.
- For a member who pays nothing (a scholarship or a coach), put them on the plan with Add Member and choose Waived (Scholarship/Coach) as the payment method. See Add a member to a plan by hand.
Changing a price
Edit the plan, change Price and click Save Changes. New sign-ups pay the new price straight away. Automatic payments charge the plan's price at the time, so existing subscribers on auto-pay pay the new price from their next payment. Let your members know before you change it.
