Why Track Insurance?

Liability Protection

Member insurance provides coverage for injuries during training, protecting both the member and your club from liability claims.

Competition Requirements

Most tournaments require valid insurance from a recognized organization. Tracking ensures members can compete when opportunities arise.

Organization Membership

Insurance often comes bundled with organization membership, which provides rank certification, access to events, and other benefits.

Quick Actions

View Expiring Soon

See all members whose insurance expires in the next 30 days.

Enable automatic expiry reminders so members receive email notifications before their insurance lapses.
Many organizations offer family plans or multi-year discounts. Encourage members to check with their provider.
Members without valid insurance may be liable for their own injuries and could expose your club to legal risk.
The "Insurance" label is fully customizable. In Settings → Club Settings, you can rename it to "Organization Membership", "British Judo License", etc., and the change will reflect across the entire dashboard and member portal.
If enabled in Settings → Attendance & Reminders, members without valid insurance will be flagged or blocked during check-in, depending on your enforcement level.
