Insurance & Registration

Manage your insurance or registration status and keep your coverage up to date.

Many clubs require members to maintain valid insurance or registration to participate in training. This page helps you view your current status, submit existing registration IDs, or purchase coverage through your club.

Understanding Your Status

Your insurance status is shown at the top of the page with a colored indicator:

Valid

You have active coverage on file. You're good to train!

Pending Verification

You've submitted your details and they're awaiting review by club staff.

Expired

Your coverage has expired. You'll need to renew before training.

Missing

No coverage on file. Add insurance or registration to participate.

Adding Insurance or Registration

Click the Add Insurance (or Add Registration) button to start the process. You'll be guided through a 3-step flow:

1

Select Type

Choose which type of coverage you need. Each type shows its period (Annual, Monthly, Lifetime, etc.) and available options. Types that allow you to submit an existing ID show a "Submit ID" badge, while purchasable types show the price.

2

Select Who For

If you have family members (dependents) linked to your account, choose whether the coverage is for yourself or for a dependent. Each option shows their current coverage status.

3

Complete Action

Depending on the type, you'll have one or both of these options:

  • Submit Existing Registration ID: Enter your registration number from an external provider (e.g., your national judo association number). This will be reviewed by club staff.
  • Purchase from Club: Pay for coverage directly. You can either Add to Cart to purchase with other items, or Buy Now to check out immediately.

Renewing Coverage

The system tracks when your coverage is expiring. Records that are expiring within 30 days show an "Expiring Soon" badge, and a Renew button appears.

Note: When renewing, your new coverage period starts after your current period ends, so you won't lose any time you've already paid for.

Some coverage types cannot be renewed:

  • One-time only types (e.g., free trials) - These can only be used once
  • Lifetime/Perpetual coverage - These never expire
  • Pending submissions - Wait for approval before renewing

Coverage Period Types

Different insurance types have different validity periods:

Annual (Calendar Year)

Valid from January to December of the current year, regardless of when purchased.

Monthly

Valid for one calendar month from purchase date.

Per Term

Valid for a specific training term as defined by your club.

Fixed Duration

Valid for a set number of days, weeks, or months (e.g., "30 days").

Lifetime

Never expires. A one-time purchase for permanent coverage.

Family Members / Dependents

If you have dependents linked to your account, you can manage their coverage from this page. The Family Members section shows each dependent's current status, and when adding coverage you can select who it's for in step 2.

Each insurance record shows a badge indicating which member it belongs to, making it easy to track coverage for your whole family.

Keep your coverage up to date to avoid interruptions to your training. The system will show "Expiring Soon" warnings to give you time to renew.
Having any one valid coverage type is usually sufficient to meet your club's requirements. Check the Insurance Options section to see what types are accepted.
If your club enforces insurance requirements, you won't be able to check in to classes without valid coverage. Make sure to renew before your current coverage expires.
