Browse upcoming events, register, and manage your event registrations.
Your club hosts various events throughout the year including seminars, gradings, competitions, and social events. Browse upcoming events and register through the Member Portal.
Browsing Events
Go to Events from the navigation to see upcoming events. Each event shows:
Event Details
Date, time, location, and description of what to expect.
Pricing
Registration cost, any early bird discounts, and payment options.
Sessions
For multi-session events, see what's scheduled and choose which to attend.
Availability
Number of spots remaining and registration deadline.
Registering for Events
- Click on the event you want to attend
- Select your sessions (if the event has multiple)
- Choose who to register (yourself and/or dependents)
- Select any optional add-ons (meals, merchandise, etc.)
- Review your cart and proceed to checkout
- Complete payment
After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email with event details and any preparation instructions.
Managing Your Registrations
View and manage your registrations in Events → My Registrations:
View Registration Details
See what you're registered for, payment status, and any tickets or QR codes needed for check-in.
Modify Registration
Some events allow you to add or remove sessions before the deadline. Modifications may result in price adjustments.
Cancel Registration
Cancel your registration if you can't attend. Refund policies vary by event - check the event details or contact your club.
Registering Dependents
If you're a guardian, you can register your children for events:
- Select the event and sessions
- On the "Who's attending" step, check the boxes for your dependents
- Complete checkout - all attendees are paid for in one transaction
