Dependents
Manage your children or dependents who are also members of the club.
If you're a parent or guardian with children at the club, you can manage their memberships, register them for events, and sign waivers on their behalf - all from your account.
What You Can Do for Dependents
View Their Profile
See their training history, belt rank, attendance records, and membership status.
Manage Their Membership
Pay for their membership using your payment methods. View their billing history.
Register for Events
Sign them up for gradings, seminars, competitions, and other club events.
Sign Waivers
Sign liability waivers and other documents on their behalf.
Check Them In
Use the kiosk or QR check-in to check in your children when they arrive at class.
Receive Notifications
Get emails about their attendance, upcoming events, and important announcements.
Viewing Your Dependents
Go to Dependents from the navigation to see all children linked to your account. Click on any dependent to see their full profile and manage their membership.
You can quickly switch between your profile and your dependents' profiles using the profile switcher in the top navigation.
Adding a New Dependent
If your club allows it, you can add dependents directly from your account:
Go to Dependents
Click "Dependents" in the navigation, then click "Add Dependent".
Enter their details
Fill in their name, date of birth, and any other required information.
Choose a membership plan
Select the appropriate plan for them (e.g., Junior Monthly).
Sign any required waivers
You'll be prompted to sign waivers on their behalf before they can train.
Complete payment
Pay for their membership using your saved payment method.
Note: If your club has already created a profile for your child, ask them to link you as a guardian instead of creating a new profile.
Family Billing
All your dependents' memberships can use your payment methods:
- Each dependent can have a separate billing cycle
- Or your club may offer family plans that bundle multiple members
- Check if your club offers family discounts for additional dependents
- All payments appear in your payment history
