My Registrations
View and manage your event registrations.
Keep track of all the events you've registered for. View upcoming events, check registration details, and manage cancellations.
Viewing Your Registrations
Go to Events → My Registrations to see:
- Upcoming - Events you're registered for that haven't happened yet
- Past - Events you've attended
- Cancelled - Registrations you've cancelled
Registration Details
Click any registration to see:
Event Information
Date, time, location, and any event-specific details or instructions.
Your Registration
What you registered for—divisions, sessions, add-ons, and who's registered.
Payment Status
Whether you've paid in full, have a balance due, or your payment is pending.
Receipt
Download a PDF receipt of your payment for your records.
Modifying Your Registration
Need to make changes? Here's what you can typically do:
Change Division
For tournaments, you may be able to change your weight class or age division until a deadline. Click "Edit Registration" to see options.
Add-ons
Add or remove optional items like t-shirts if the deadline hasn't passed.
Transfer
Some events allow transferring your registration to another person. Contact the event organizer.
Cancelling a Registration
If you can't attend an event:
- Go to My Registrations
- Click the registration you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Registration"
- Confirm the cancellation
Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the event's policy and how close to the event you cancel. Check the event details for specific refund terms.
Dependent Registrations
If you registered a dependent (child), their registration appears here too:
- View their registration details
- Make changes or cancel on their behalf
- Download their receipts
