Managing Dependents

Manage your children's memberships and activities.

As a guardian, you can manage your children's (dependents') memberships, sign them up for events, and handle their payments—all from your account.

What You Can Do

View Their Profile

See their personal information, membership status, and attendance history.

Manage Membership

Purchase or renew their membership, change plans, and update payment methods.

Book Classes

Reserve spots in classes for your children when booking is required.

Register for Events

Sign them up for tournaments, seminars, and other events.

Sign Waivers

As their guardian, sign required waivers and consent forms on their behalf.

To manage a dependent:

1

Go to Dependents

Click "Dependents" in the portal navigation.

2

Select the child

Click on the dependent you want to manage.

3

Take action

From their profile, you can view details, register for events, book classes, or manage their membership.

Adding a Dependent

Need to add another child?

  1. Go to Dependents
  2. Click "Add Dependent"
  3. Enter their information (name, date of birth, etc.)
  4. Save their profile
  5. Purchase a membership for them

Some clubs add dependents for you during signup. Contact your club if you need help.

Updating Information

Keep your children's information current:

  • Update contact information (yours as emergency contact)
  • Update medical information or allergies
  • Update emergency contacts
  • Upload or update their photo

Some fields like name and date of birth may require staff assistance to change.

Family Plans

If your club offers family plans:

  • One payment covers multiple family members
  • Significant savings compared to individual memberships
  • All family members share billing under one account

Check Membership Plans or contact your club to see available family options.

Keep emergency contact information updated for each child—it's critical for their safety.
You can have multiple dependents linked to your account. Each has their own profile and membership.
Make sure to sign waivers for each child separately. A waiver for one doesn't cover siblings.
