Set up your account and learn how to navigate the Member Portal.

Welcome to the Ippon System Member Portal! This guide will help you set up your account and show you around the key features.

Creating Your Account

Your club may have already created a profile for you. If so, you'll receive an invitation email. Otherwise, you may be able to sign up yourself.

Check your email

Look for an invitation email from your club. Click the link in the email to set up your password.

Create your password

Choose a secure password. You'll use this along with your email address to log in.

Complete your profile

Add your contact information, emergency contact, and any other details requested by your club.

Sign required waivers

If your club requires waivers, you'll be prompted to read and sign them before you can train.

Navigating the Portal

After logging in, you'll see your dashboard with quick access to key features:

Your home page showing upcoming classes, recent announcements, and quick actions.

Profile

View and edit your personal information, emergency contacts, and preferences.

Classes

View the class schedule and see which classes are included in your membership.

Events

Browse upcoming events like seminars, gradings, and competitions.

Membership

View your current plan, payment history, and manage your payment methods.

Shop

Browse and purchase club merchandise, equipment, and more.

For Parents & Guardians

If you're managing your child's membership, you can:

  • View and manage your child's profile from your account
  • Register them for events and classes
  • Sign waivers on their behalf
  • Check them in at the kiosk using your login
  • Pay for their membership using your payment methods

Mobile Access

The Member Portal works on any device with a web browser:

Access the portal from Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser. Bookmark it for easy access.

Add to Home Screen

On iOS or Android, you can add the portal to your home screen for app-like quick access.

Keep your profile information up to date, especially your emergency contact. This ensures your club can reach you when needed.
Most clubs send announcements through the portal. Check your dashboard regularly to stay informed about schedule changes and events.
If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email.
