How Billing Works
Automatic Tier Changes
Your plan adjusts automatically based on the number of active members in the last 90 days. When your active member count crosses a tier boundary, your subscription is updated accordingly.
Update Payment Method
Click "Update Payment" to add a new card. The old card is removed once the new one is verified.
Cancel Subscription
Contact support to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. You can export your data before cancelling.
Invoices & Receipts
Access your billing history:
- View all past invoices and payment history
- Download PDF invoices for your records
- Invoices are sent to the Owner's email automatically
- Add a billing email to receive invoices at a different address
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We retry the payment automatically over 3-5 days
- Update your payment method if the card expired or was declined
- If all retries fail, your account enters a grace period
- After the grace period, access is restricted until payment is made
