Club Settings
Configure your club's profile, contact information, and branding.
Club settings control how your club appears to members and on official documents like receipts and emails.
Basic Information
Club Information
Club Name
Your official club name as it appears on receipts, emails, and the member portal.
Contact Email
The email address members see when they need to contact your club. Also used as the "from" address for some automated emails.
Phone Number
Optional contact phone for your club. Displayed on the member portal contact page.
Address
Your physical location. Shows up on receipts and helps members find your dojo.
Branding
Club Logo
Upload your club logo. It appears in the member portal header and on documents.

- • Square images work best
- • PNG, JPG, or WebP formats supported
Custom URL Slug
Your club URL is app.ipponboard.com/your-club. Customize the "slug" part to match your club name for easy access.
Updating Settings
Go to Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar, then select Club Settings.
Edit the fields
Update any information that needs to change. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Save changes
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom. Changes take effect immediately.
Advanced Settings
Timezone
Set your club's timezone. All class times and event schedules display in this timezone.
Currency
Your default currency for pricing and payments. Set this before adding membership plans.
Date Format
Choose between MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY date formatting throughout the system.
