Navigate to Communications → Bulk Messaging.
Select recipients
Choose a predefined group or create a custom selection of members.

Best Practices
Clear Subject Lines
Write subjects that tell members exactly what the email is about. Avoid clickbait or vague subjects.
Personalization
Use {first_name} to address members by name. Personalized emails have higher open rates.
Relevant Targeting
Only send to members who would find the content relevant. Don't send adult competition info to kids program parents.
Frequency
Limit bulk emails to important communications. Too many emails lead to unsubscribes and lower engagement.
