Signing Waivers
Complete required waivers and liability releases.
Waivers protect both you and the club. They're legally required before you can participate in training. Here's how to complete them.
Finding Your Waivers
Go to Waivers in the portal to see:
- Pending - Waivers that need your signature
- Signed - Completed waivers with date signed
- Expired - Waivers that need renewal
How to Sign
Open the waiver
Click on a pending waiver to view the full document.
Read carefully
Read the entire waiver. Understand what you're agreeing to before signing.
Fill in required fields
Some waivers require additional information like emergency contacts or medical conditions.
Sign electronically
Type your full legal name in the signature field. This serves as your electronic signature.
Submit
Click "Submit" to complete the waiver. You'll receive a confirmation and can download a copy.
Signing for Dependents
As a guardian, you sign waivers for your children:
- Go to Waivers or your dependent's profile
- Click the pending waiver for your child
- Read the waiver document
- Sign as the parent/guardian
- Submit the waiver
You must sign separately for each child. One waiver doesn't cover multiple dependents.
