Editing Your Profile
Keep your information up to date.
Your profile contains your contact information and preferences. Keep it updated so your club can reach you and you receive important notifications.
What You Can Update
Contact Information
- • Email address (used for login and notifications)
- • Phone number
- • Mailing address
Personal Details
- • Profile photo
- • Date of birth (may be view-only)
- • Emergency contact
Preferences
- • Notification settings (email, SMS)
- • Communication preferences
How to Edit

Go to your profile
Click on your name or avatar in the top right corner, then select "My Profile".

Click Edit
Click the "Edit Profile" button to unlock the fields for editing.

Update your information
Make your changes. Some fields like name or date of birth may require contacting your club to change.

Save changes
Click "Save" to apply your updates. Changes take effect immediately.
Changing Your Email
Your email is used to log in. When you change it:
- Enter your new email address
- You'll receive a verification email at the new address
- Click the link in the email to confirm
- Your login email is updated after confirmation
Changing Your Password
To change your password:
- Go to Profile → Security
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Keep your emergency contact up to date. Your club uses this information if they need to reach someone on your behalf.
Changes to your email require verification. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation link.
Some information like your name may require staff assistance to change for record-keeping purposes.
