View all past payments including dates, amounts, and payment methods. Download receipts for your records.
Managing Payment Methods
You can save multiple payment methods and choose which one to use for automatic billing.
Add a Card
Click "Add Payment Method" and enter your card details. Your card information is stored securely by our payment provider, not by your club.
Set Default Payment Method
If you have multiple cards saved, mark one as default. This is used for automatic payments.
Update Expired Cards
If your card expires, update it before your next payment to avoid interruption to your membership.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), you'll receive an email asking you to update your payment method.
- Click the link in the email or go to Membership → Billing
- Update your payment method or add a new card
- The system will automatically retry the payment
Note: If payment issues aren't resolved, you may not be able to check in to classes. Update your payment method promptly to avoid interruption.
Cancelling Your Membership
If you need to cancel your membership:
- Go to Membership → Current Plan
- Click "Cancel Membership"
- Confirm your cancellation
Your membership typically remains active until the end of your current billing period. Check your club's cancellation policy for details.
