Self Check-in
Check yourself in to classes using QR codes or the mobile portal.
Your club may offer self-service check-in options so you don't have to wait for staff to check you in manually. Here's how to use them.
QR Code Check-in
Many clubs display a QR code at the entrance. Scan it with your phone to check in:
Find the QR code
Look for a poster or screen near the entrance with a QR code and "Scan to Check In" text.
Open your camera
Open your phone's camera app and point it at the QR code. Most modern phones automatically recognize QR codes.
Tap the notification
When your phone recognizes the code, tap the notification or link that appears to open the check-in page.
Confirm check-in
If you're logged in, just tap "Check In". If not, you'll need to log in first.
Done!
You'll see a confirmation message. Your attendance is now recorded.
Kiosk Check-in
Some clubs have a tablet kiosk at the entrance:
Approach the kiosk
The kiosk usually displays the current class and a search box or number pad.
Find yourself
Type your name or member number to search. Some kiosks use card scanning instead.
Tap your name
When you see your name appear, tap it to check in.
See confirmation
The kiosk shows a confirmation with your name and the class you're checked into.
Checking In Dependents
When you check in using your account, you can also check in your children:
- QR Check-in: After scanning, you'll see options to check in yourself and/or your dependents
- Kiosk: Search for your name, then tap each family member you want to check in
Troubleshooting
QR code won't scan
Make sure your camera is focused on the code. Try holding your phone steady about 6-12 inches away. If it still doesn't work, try a QR scanner app.
"Please see staff" message
This usually means there's an issue with your account, like an expired membership or overdue payment. Speak to a staff member to resolve it.
Can't find my name on kiosk
Try searching by your last name, or enter your member number if you know it. If you still can't find yourself, ask staff to check in for you.
I checked in to the wrong class
Let a staff member know. They can remove the incorrect check-in and add you to the right class.
