Feedback in the menu goes to the IpponBoard team, the people who make the app, not to your club. For your membership, payments or timetable, contact your club.

Tap Submit New Feedback
On My Feedback (Submit Your First Feedback the first time).

Title and description
A short Title, then a Description: what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. The page you were on is sent with it.

Submit Feedback
It appears in your list on My Feedback.
Replies
Each item shows its status (Open, In review, Completed or Closed) and how many replies it has. Open it to read the Conversation; replies from the Support Team are also emailed to you. To answer, reply to that email (Reply via Email).
Screenshots
The form has no attachments. If a picture helps, reply to the team's email with it.
